We bring 30+ years of industrial experience gained in general management, plant management and operations leadership roles.

  • How quickly can you start and how long does an assignment last?
The start date is agreed based on availability and the urgency of the situation. The duration depends on the scope and objectives of the assignment.

  • What responsibilities can you take on?
Depending on the mandate, we can take on general management, plant management or operations management responsibilities. The scope and delegated authority are agreed at the start.

  • How do you work with existing teams?
We work with managers and shop-floor teams to understand the issues, clarify priorities and make the necessary decisions. Actions and performance indicators are monitored to assess progress and adjust the approach where necessary.

  • How are fees determined?

Fees depend on the scope of responsibility, the complexity of the situation, the duration and the required level of involvement. After an initial discussion, we provide a proposal setting out the fees and any additional travel or accommodation expenses.
